2. Do you ship outside India?
No, we currently ship only within India. International shipping isn’t available yet, but we’re working on expanding soon.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

- Other areas: 5–10 business days

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. Click the link to check your order status in real time.

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other secure payment methods supported by our payment gateway partners.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD may be available for select pin codes in India. If it’s available in your area, you’ll see the option during checkout.

You can cancel your order before it’s shipped by emailing support@anigoteehub.com with your order number.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — but you can request a return after delivery (if eligible).

We accept returns for unused, unwashed, and unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Customized or sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@anigoteehub.com with photos.
We’ll replace or refund the product quickly.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing one size up for a more relaxed fit.
