Refund and Returns Policy

1. Enjoy hassle-free returns within 7 days. Specific conditions may apply depending on the product and promotion.

3. Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
4. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
5. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at anigoteehub@gmail.com.
6. Prepaid order refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD order refunds are credited to your AniGo Tee Hub wallet.
7. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Non-returnable items include:
   • Gift cards
   • Downloadable software products
9. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
10. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

• Partial Refunds
• Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Books with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

• Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled but may be rejected at the doorstep.
2. The cancellation window varies by product category. Orders cannot be canceled once this window has passed.
3. In some cases, cancellations made after the specified time may incur a fee, as mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page.
4. If an order is canceled by the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

• Late or Missing Refunds

1. Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
2. If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
3. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is posted.
4. Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.
