1. Overview
We want you to love what you order from AniGo Tee Hub. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how it works.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for unused, unwashed, and unworn items that are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
To be eligible:
- You must initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must not be from a sale, discounted, or customized category (these are non-returnable unless defective or damaged).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at support@anigoteehub.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect item received)
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and guide you through the return process.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.
- For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issues), customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our return address using a reliable courier service.
The item must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
5. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.
If it meets our return conditions, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
6. Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be made to your original method of payment — credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet — within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or design, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance products
- Customized or personalized items
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
9. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@anigoteehub.com with photos. We’ll replace or refund it as soon as possible.
